At IRISBOND, we are the developers and designers of our devices and software.  In order to create the best products possible, we need to ensure that they fit the needs of our users.  For this reason, we make sure to listen carefully to the feedback coming from our partners, caregivers and users.


We also recognize when a customer’s positive attitude, expertise, and curiosity to explore new solutions make a big impact in our community. That's why we created the exclusive IRISBOND Feedback Community. To celebrate those Hiru lovers and eye gaze challengers!


Join the Community

Join the Feedback Community and agree to the program terms. We'll ask you to share a bit about yourself, as well as your experience with AAC and eyegaze, and we'll keep you in the loop regarding new features and any developments we have coming!


Get your Hiru

Receive your loan devices. Depending on the terms you have chosen, these could include: Hiru, Oskol iPadOS, or Oskol Windows.

Onboarding session

Participate in a set up session with IRISBOND Support to learn the tips and tricks of using the devices, and recommendations on what to test.


Play & test!

Play, work, chat! Spend time getting to know the device and testing it with others. Keep track of your impressions, things you love about Hiru, and ways you would improve it.


Share your experience

Give us your feedback! IRISBOND Feedback Community members will give feedback in the form of surveys, live calls, and beta testing activities. We will find the format that works best for you.
